1. Our Commitment to Security

At ZIELINET, we believe that security is a continuous process, not a one-time achievement. We treat the protection of our Clients' and Users' data as our highest priority. We understand that despite our best efforts and implemented security measures (described in our Security Policy), the global community plays a key role in identifying potential threats.

We are grateful to the independent security researchers who help us protect our clients and users by identifying and responsibly reporting potential security vulnerabilities.

2. Responsible Disclosure Program

We encourage the ethical and responsible reporting of any discovered security vulnerabilities.

If you have identified a potential security vulnerability in any service or application of the ZIELINET portal (including the zielinet.pl, zielinet.eu, zielinet.com domains, and administrative subdomains), please report it immediately to our dedicated email address:

security@zielinet.com

To help us verify and fix the issue as quickly as possible, please include as many technical details as possible in your report, including (if possible):

• A detailed description of the vulnerability and its potential impact.
• The steps necessary to reproduce the issue (Proof-of-Concept).
• The URLs or resources affected by the vulnerability.

We ask that you maintain confidentiality and do not disclose information about the vulnerability publicly or to third parties until it has been fully remediated. We commit to analyzing every report promptly and communicating regularly on the progress of the remediation process.
